Dada Pavanananda is the longest serving African monk of Ananda Marga Mission, becoming a wholetime  worker in 1984. Dada has worked in South America and Southeast Asia, before assuming  his current post in Zambia in 2006. Dada took over one of our longest running pre-school in Africa in Lusaka which started in 1979. He promptly added a primary section. Now the school has 93 children some of them orphans or from destitute families.
